Write. Keep a journal. Writing everything down to you note book. Listen to your favorite songs. Don’t be alone. Find people. Call your favorite person up on the phone. Browsing internet. Watch comedy videos. Buy yourself a gift. Read the newspaper comics page. Go outside and look at the sky. Do not expect too much from yourself. Keep a list of what you have accomplished too, and congratulate yourself each time you get something done & you are the best
